Christina Maria Bray

Christina Bray, née Guibas, earned her Master of Music in piano performance from the Longy School of Music in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 2013. Upon graduation, she received the Mary Ellis Smith Prize in recognition of outstanding achievement in piano performance, excellence in piano pedagogy, and a demonstrated commitment to the transformational power of music. She completed her undergraduate studies at Longy in 2011 as the recipient of the Victor Rosenbaum Scholarship, a high-level merit award honoring exceptional pianists and students of pedagogy. Throughout both degree programs, Christina studied under the late Ludmilla Lifson, former faculty member of the Leningrad State Conservatory in St. Petersburg, Russia, and member of the Solati Trio. Following graduate school, she continued her studies with Thomas Stumpf, choral pianist and current co-director of the Opera Ensemble at Tufts University.

Christina taught privately for a decade and served on the piano faculty at the Franklin School for the Performing Arts from 2014 through 2017. Her extensive board leadership includes roles as 20th and 21st Century Recital Chair for the New England Piano Teachers Association, board member at The Bridge at 211 in Salem, and Vice President of the Paul Madore Chorale. From 2019 to 2025, she also served as the staff pianist for the Paul Madore Chorale, rehearsing and performing a broad range of choral repertoire. Christina has designed numerous interdisciplinary educational programs, including an experiential education course for the Boys & Girls Club of Everett (2011), as well as specialized music series for dancers at Arthur Murray Boston (2014) and Champion Dance Sport in Everett (2025). She regularly coaches opera singers, collaborates with chamber musicians across Greater Boston, and serves as a guest pianist for local churches. Outside of music, Christina is the broker and owner of the North Shore real estate agency Eureka! She resides in Manchester-by-the-Sea with her husband, Preston, and their cat, Sebo.

Christina Maria Bray is the broker-owner of Eureka Homes LLC, a boutique brokerage she founded on the North Shore of Massachusetts after nearly a decade as an associate broker with J Barrett & Company and Coldwell Banker Realty. A deliberate counterforce to the industry’s automation-and-scale model, she runs a deliberately small, white-glove practice: she personally hosts every open house and showing, no lockboxes or surrogate agents, and treats each negotiation like a game of poker — every move timed, every legal and policy lever used to maximize her client’s position. Her strategy is grounded in a proprietary market model she built from twenty years of MLS data across three Massachusetts counties, which she uses to spot neighborhoods due for correction and guide buyers toward purchases primed for immediate equity growth. Beyond the transaction, Christina is a working housing-policy advocate: her research-driven citizens’ petition on mortgage insurance practices is slated to go before a state legislative committee as an active bill proposal in January 2027. She is a licensed Massachusetts broker and a member of NAR, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
